Warranty and service

Warranty – Chaleux warrants all of its products (“Products”) purchased through a Chaleux store in the U.S. to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect in the Product is identified, and the customer follows the instructions for returning the Product, Chaleux will, at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, at Chaleux’s expense; (ii) replace the Product with a new Product that is equivalent to the Product that is to be replaced: or (iii) refund to the customer all or part of the purchase price of the Product. Chaleux shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective Product is returned to us. A replacement Product will assume the remaining warranty of the original Product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Chaleux’s property.

Returns, exchanges, and store credit

If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase you have 30 calendar-days to return or exchange your merchandise. Kindly follow the process below.


After 30 days and before 60 days you may request store credit to use on your next purchases. Sales are considered final after 61 days,


  1. The merchandise must be in perfect new condition, not worn, unused, with all tags attached and packaging,
  2. You must have a valid/dated receipt or proof of purchase,
  3. Please fill the form to the right indicating if you are requesting a refund, exchange, or store credit,
  4. We will contact you within 48 hours with an acknowledgement notification and provide an address where the merchandise may be shipped,
  5. Please pack the merchandise and ship through a trackable method,
  6. Upon receipt we will inspect the merchandise, contact you to follow up, and continue steps depending on your request,
  7. When refunds are issued it will be via the credit card you used when purchasing or a check, at our discretion. Please allow 10 days for processing,
